The intention of these rules/contract is to have an understanding what the theme(s) will be and to have continued communication between decorator, Warlord and TCT. This is so that everyone is on the same level ground when attempting to make changes to the Dojo.
Decorator

- Must have an interview with a Warlord over PSN. Interview consists of:
- Have a plan or vision that you share with leaders first.
- For which we will require to know the following:
- Timeframe (3 months for
Storm clan) - Theme(s) of room
- Which room intended
- Main “piece” if there is one

- If more time is required this can discuss further with the Warlord.
Warlord

- When the Warlords have completed their interviews they will decide on a decorator
- Warlord will have regular checkins with decorator over timeframe
- Requires decorator to be able to have ongoing 1:1s. They will be scheduled to every 2 weeks.
- Missing 2 will cancel the room and have roles stripped and possibly all decoration’s resources returned back to the vault.
- Requires decorator to be able to have ongoing 1:1s. They will be scheduled to every 2 weeks.
- Once decorations are complete roles will be removed.
